The property is occupied by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries on a long term lease as main tenant. The property was fully renovated in 2012 and measures in total 19.345 sqm.

Pareto Obligasjonsfellesskap Eiendom is a credit structure established by PAI with the objective to provide long term debt financing for commercial real estate in Norway. The investors behind POFE are Norwegian insurance companies and pension funds.
