Debt financing of Askim Retail Park

Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK) has provided debt financing for the acquisition of Askim Retail Park.

Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), has provided NOK 275 million in debt financing for the properties comprising Henstad Allé 1-3 in Askim municipality measuring a total of 32 138 sqm BRA. Key tenants include Jula, Power, Europris and Askim kommunale kulturskole with a total WAULT of 6.8 years including all lease contracts. Askim becomes the municipal center and largest city in the new and merged municipality Indre Østfold. Indre Østfold will have ~45.000 residents after the merger.

The bond has first lien security in the properties in Kvadraturen Hotell Holding AS - Skippergata 19, Prinsens gate 6, Tollbugata 7 and Tollbugata 11 located in the city centre of Oslo.
