Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), has provided NOK 275 million in debt financing for the properties comprising Henstad Allé 1-3 in Askim municipality measuring a total of 32 138 sqm BRA. Key tenants include Jula, Power, Europris and Askim kommunale kulturskole with a total WAULT of 6.8 years including all lease contracts. Askim becomes the municipal center and largest city in the new and merged municipality Indre Østfold. Indre Østfold will have ~45.000 residents after the merger.
