Debt financing of Fjellboveien 6-8-10 & 9 at Berger

Pareto Alternative Investments AS (PAI), on behalf of Pareto Eiendomskreditt, is pleased to announce the completion of a five-year debt financing of Fjellboveien 6-8-10 & 9 (the Properties).

The Properties are located at Fjellbo, situated alongside E6 just north of Berger, a key logistics hub in the Greater-Oslo region. The properties are currently fully let, with the main tenant being Bako AS, a subsidiary of Orkla Food Ingredients AS and a producer of packaging and decoration for the bakery, pastry and food-service industries.

Urban Partners has acquired the Properties through its fund NSF V, which at its inception in 2023 was Northern-Europe’s largest value-add fund ever with total commitments exceeding €3.6 bn. NSF V acquires the Properties from Blackstone. Urban Partners is a leading European real estate manager with more than €23bn in AUM. The acquisition marks another strategic step for Urban Partners in Norway within logistics, which currently consists of approximately 340,000 square meters across 20 logistical centres in Norway.
