Pareto Alternative Investments AS (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), provides financing of the retail property Handelsparken Sortland in the municipalty of Sortland. After completion of Stage 1 in August 2018, the center consists of nearly 12,000 square meters of new and renovated commercial areas.
