Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt (PEK), has povided NOK 223m in debt financing for a retail portfolio consisting of three properties. The properties are fully let with solid tenants operating in stable market segments. The largest property is located in Elverum and key tenants include Møller Bil Innlandet AS and Gausdal Landhandleri AS. The other two properties are located on attractive locations in Sandefjord and Stokke, respectively, and are fully let to Løvenskiold Handel AS (Maxbo). The WAULT for the portfolio is around 9 years.
