Karvesvingen 5 is a state-of-the-art office building completed at the end of 2019 which, with the help of data, technology and sensors, will promote innovation and new thinking.The property is developed in collaboration with the key tenant, Atea AS, and is classified as BREEAM-NOR Excellent, Passive House and Energy Class A. The property is within walking distance from three metro stations (Hasle, Økern and Løren). The total lettable area is 17 546 sqm distributed across 11 floors. Key tenants include Atea AS, Ö Haslelinje AS and Telenor Norge AS, with a total WAULT of ~8 years.
