Debt financing of Täby Boulevard

Pareto Alternative Investments AS ("PAI") has provided SEK 478.4 million in 1st-lien debt to the residential property Täby Boulevard, a fully owned subsidiary of Titania Holding AB (publ).

Pareto Alternative Investments AS ("PAI") has provided SEK 478.4 million in 1st-lien debt to the residential property Täby Boulevard, a fully owned subsidiary of Titania Holding AB (publ).

The loan is structured as a 5-year financing paying swap + 335 bps p.a. The property is fully let, and consists of 226 high-quality residential apartments with a strong ESG-profile in close vicinity to Stockholm, Sweden.

This state-of-the-art facility will generate more than 6 million kWh of renewable energy annually, equivalent to the consumption of approximately 375 Norwegian households. The solar power plant will be installed on one of Norway's largest and most complex logistics properties, under development by Logistic Contractor Norge AS ("LC) and owned by Niam AS, supplying clean energy to the tenant, Ahlsell Norge AS, and contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
