Pareto Alternative Investments (PAI), through Pareto Eiendomskreditt, provided NOK 250 million in debt financing for Stavgården which, amongst others, is let to the contractor HENT AS on a 12-year lease contract. Stavgården is a modern multi-tenant office building completed in 2015. The property measures ~16 735 sqm BTA with close connectivity to E6 and the new “Tiller Terminal” with expected completion in August 2019.
