The VALO Hotel & Work is the world’s first hybrid hotel concept, combining daytime workspaces with nighttime hotel accommodation. The company completed a comprehensive real estate refinancing, consolidating several existing debt sources into a single senior secured loan provided by Pareto Alternative Investments AS through its Nordic debt fund, Pareto Real Estate Credit Fund.
