New lease contract in PEF

PEF has signed a new lease contract with the Norwegian logistics operator Ramberg for the cross-dock terminal with the address Fugleåsen 5 in Langhus. The entire property has previously been used by DSV, who will relocate to a newbuild project in Vestby during September 2020. The property will then function as Ramberg’s new main location in Norway.

PEF acquires remaining share in the development project located at Toveien 41

Through a joint venture, Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap (PEF) and Anthon Eiendom AS have collaborated on the development of two modern logistics properties, Toveien 41-43 and 45-49, in Vestby Næringspark.
