PEF II acquires logistics property in Nebbenes

Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II AS ("PEF II") acquired a logistics property from Bulk Infrastructure located at Nebbenes

Pareto Alternative Investments AS has on behalf of Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II AS (“PEFII”) acquired a new logistics property from Bulk Infrastructure AS (“Bulk”).The property is in Nebbenes in Eidsvoll municipality, next to the main highway (E6) and around 10 minutes from Oslo Airport. The building will be completed in February 2019 and measure 21,200 sqm, with a total land plot of around 50,000 sqm. The whole property is let out to Tibnor AS on a 20-year lease contract. Tibnor is the leading Nordic supplier of steel, other metals and processing services.

The selling company, BULK Infrastructure AS, is a leading provider of sustainable digital infrastructure in the Nordics. The company is highly specialized in building data centers, industrial real estate and fiber networks. To date, the company has developed more than 400,000 square meters of logistics warehouses and cross-dock terminals. Since 2010 Bulk has so far sold 25 property projects fora total amount of NOK 5.2 billion.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Pareto Solar Fund AS (“PSF”), managed by Pareto Alternative Investments AS, is set to establish Norway’s largest solar power plant, with a total installed capacity of over 7,500 kWp. This state-of-the-art facility will generate more than 6 million kWh of renewable energy annually, equivalent to the consumption of approximately 375 Norwegian households. The solar power plant will be installed on one of Norway's largest and most complex logistics properties, under development by Logistic Contractor Norge AS ("LC) and owned by Niam AS, supplying clean energy to the tenant, Ahlsell Norge AS, and contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
