PEF II has divested Kongsveien 30 in Oslo. The sale was triggered due to a very attractive bid for property. Due to this bid the current return was lower than the strategy for the fund. PEF II is now in process of investing in in other attractive properties. The law firm Wiersholm assisted Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap II in the transaction.
