Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap has acquired Tuenveien 70, a new logistics property located in Tuen Industrial area, which is a few minutes drive south-east from Lillestrøm, in the direction of Fetsund.
Tuenveien 70 is a modern and efficient logistics property with associated offices. Total building area is approx.11,054 m2 (BTA) divided into a new extension built in 2019/20 and an original building mass which has been completely renovated. The property is fully let on a long lease contract to Voice Norge AS, one of Norway’s largest fashion retailer groups.
