PEN transaction

During the first quarter of 2019 Pareto Eiendomsinvest Nordic («PEN») divests the property Ørstedvej 11 in Stilling, Denmark.

In accordance with the realization strategy in PEN , the fund exits its exposure in Denmark by selling Freja’s transport and logistics centre in the Aarhus area. The property is located at Ørstedsvej 11 in Stilling and the facility has easy access to the E45 motorway. The property comprises a total of 15,088 sq m.segmented by a cross-dock terminal, warehousing and office space. Pareto Alternative Investments renegotiated the lease contract with Freja in advance of the divestment.

CBRE Capital Markets and Lundgrens Advokatpartnerselskab assisted Pareto Eiendomsinvest Nordic in the sale of the property.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Pareto Solar Fund AS (“PSF”), managed by Pareto Alternative Investments AS, is set to establish Norway’s largest solar power plant, with a total installed capacity of over 7,500 kWp. This state-of-the-art facility will generate more than 6 million kWh of renewable energy annually, equivalent to the consumption of approximately 375 Norwegian households. The solar power plant will be installed on one of Norway's largest and most complex logistics properties, under development by Logistic Contractor Norge AS ("LC) and owned by Niam AS, supplying clean energy to the tenant, Ahlsell Norge AS, and contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
