The property is fully let to Oslo University Hospital on a long term lease. Forskningsveien 2 was completed in 2002, originally for GlaxoSmithKline as tenant together with Oslo University Hospital. The property consists of four buildings connected by two underground levels and measures in total 23.919 sqm. The transaction represents another important milestone for PAI in its effort to build a well diversified portfolio of fixed rate long term loans by financing high quality commercial real estate with solid tenants on long term leases.
