Debt financing of Forskningsveien 2

Pareto Obligasjonsfellesskap Eiendom (POFE) provides NOK 715 million in long term debt financing for the office property Forskningsveien 2.

The property is located at Gaustad, Oslo, in the center of a medical hub and adjacent to Oslo University Hospitals' National Hospital-Campus.  The property is fully let to Oslo University  Hospital on a long term lease. Forskningsveien 2 was completed in 2002, originally for GlaxoSmithKline as tenant together with Oslo University Hospital. The property consists of four buildings connected by two underground levels and measures in total 23.919 sqm.  The transaction represents another important milestone for PAI in its effort to build a well diversified portfolio of fixed rate long term loans by financing high quality commercial real estate with solid tenants on long term leases. 

Pareto Obligasjonsfellesskap Eiendom is a credit structure established by PAI with the objective to provide long term debt financing for commercial real estate in Norway. The investors behind POFE are Norwegian insurance companies and pension funds.

Pareto Solar Fund establishes Norway’s largest solar power plant

Pareto Solar Fund AS (“PSF”), managed by Pareto Alternative Investments AS, is set to establish Norway’s largest solar power plant, with a total installed capacity of over 7,500 kWp. This state-of-the-art facility will generate more than 6 million kWh of renewable energy annually, equivalent to the consumption of approximately 375 Norwegian households. The solar power plant will be installed on one of Norway's largest and most complex logistics properties, under development by Logistic Contractor Norge AS ("LC) and owned by Niam AS, supplying clean energy to the tenant, Ahlsell Norge AS, and contributing to a more sustainable energy future.
